  1. Make sure the dongle is connected and powered on and wireless CarPlay is running on the display.
  2. Open Safari on this i Phone, then enter the URL 192.168.50.2 or the QR code in the manual, and press Go. and Wait for the page to load, when you connect locally, the page should be fast.
  3. If an update is available for your dongle, this page will be displayed.
  4. Note the updated version number under the heading. and Select the Update Now button to continue the update.
  5. Important: During this update process, do not turn off the car, do not disconnect the dongle, do not turn off the iPhone or browse the Safari page. The update should be less than one minute.
  6. After the update is complete, it will retain 100% and say "Upgrade successful". At this point, your dongle should restart and load you back into CarPlay.
  7. Just try again once and it should be back to normal.

How do I upload log

  3. Plug the adapter into the CarPlay USB port.
  4. Wait for the interface to appear on the screen.
  5. Click the search button.
  6. Select the phone you want to pair the adapter with (or connect via the Bluetooth displayed on the screen).
  7. Select "Pair" on your phone when the notification appears.
  8. Update your firmware (see firmware update instructions).
